ARTIST STATEMENT

"I explore printmaking, textiles and mixed media in my Southern Highlands studio.

My research into my identity and sense of self has led me to examine the environment and social influences around me.

Caring for the environment is an important concern to me, which my work now addresses. I want my work to have meaning and a purpose, bringing attention to the issues created by our habitation and cultural diversity of the landscape".

GENRES
Patti works in printmaking, painting, textiles and mixed media. The knowledge of  texture, colour and design is reflected in her energetic artworks.
